Zhejiang Yinlun Machinery Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the development, production and sale of automobile heat exchangers. The Company primarily provides stainless steel coolers, cooler assemblies, charge air coolers, tubular-fin coolers, aluminum coolers, cooling modules, seal strip coolers, as well as shell and tube coolers, among others. The Company distributes its products in China鈥檚 domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 10 major subsidiaries and three major associates.

  YinLun, an enterprise with half a century and 28 years practical experience in heat-exchangers Manufacture, is the largest heat-exchanger work-base that covers manufacture and sale in China,and also the sole national leading public company temporarily. At the moment, it has six series with more than 2000 specifications, which includes oil cooler assembly, CAC, radiator, exhaust gas recirculation cooler, mold assembly and die casting. YinLun has production capacity of 8 million pieces per year, and in 2008 alone, its sales turnover came to 1 billion RMB, with $70 million exported.

      YinLun has an excellent cooperative relationship with domestic top universities, such as Shanghai JiaoTong University, Zhejiang University, Herbing Industry University and Science and Technology Faculty in Zhejiang. In addition, YinLun still has a good coorperative relationship with some research institutes well-known in domestic and aboard like Shanghai Internal-combustion Engine Research Institute and AVL. YinLun has first-class Heat Exchange manufacturing and testing equipments, and the design and research capability stay advanced level among domestic counterparts.
