Shandong Delisi Food Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in live pig slaughtering, as well as processing and distribution of meat products, egg products, rice and flour food, as well as water food products. The Company鈥檚 major products are low-temperature, assorted, sauced and other meat products, including marble meat, ham meat, ribs, hams, sausages, pork balls, smoked pork head meat and sauced trotters, among others, as well as fast food products, including red bean buns, chilly bean sauce, sauced radish and hot pot sauce, among others. The Company distributes its products primarily in domestic market. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had four subsidiaries, which involved in live pig slaughtering and processing of meat products.
