Lanzhou Huanghe Enterprise Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the production, processing and sale of beers and malts. The Company offers its beers under the brand name of Huanghe. The Company also provides beverages, forage grass, barley, glass products and packaging services. The Company has an annual production capacity of 400,000 metric tons of beers, 20,000 metric tons of beverages, 120,000 metric tons of malts and 100,000 metric tons of forage grass. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had seven subsidiaries and one associate, involved in the manufacture and distribution of beer, the purchasing of barley, the production and sale of malts, agricultural planting, as well as investment and guarantee business.
