Canal Scientific And Technological Co., Ltd is principally engaged in textile, apparel and thermal electricity businesses. The Company鈥檚 main products consist of worsted wool fabrics, high-end suits, shirts and business wear. The Company is also involved in the dyeing and processing of textiles, as well as the provision of electric power and steam to other apparel manufacturers in Jiangsu province. The majority of the Company鈥檚 products are distributed to domestic market in China, and to a less extent, to international markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had one major subsidiary involved in garment business.
