ZheJiang Jiaxin Silk Corporation,Ltd. is principally engaged in the research, development, production and distribution of silk products and garments. The Company is also involved in the production of hardware products, as well as printing and dyeing business. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company obtained approximately 60% and 18% of its total revenue from its garment business and hardware business, respectively. The Company distributes its products in domestic markets and to overseas markets, including the United States, European Union, Japan, India and Hong Kong, among others.
