Shenzhen Victor Onward Textile Industrial Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the bleaching, printing and dying of cloths. The Company is also involved in house leasing business. The Company distributes its products in Mainland China and to overseas markets, including Hong Kong. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had five major subsidiaries, four of which terminated their businesses.
