LUCKY FILM CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the production and distribution of color photographic materials and photographic chemical products. The Company provides color films, color papers, color cine positive films, sensitive materials, information image material processing use liquids and other chemicals, color film processing equipment, silver salt products related digital image materials, as well as films and coated film products, among others. The Company offers its products under the brand named Lucky. The Company distributes its products in domestic markets and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had one major subsidiary.

China Lucky Film Corp., founded in 1958, headquartered in Baoding, Hebei, 150 kilometers southeast of Beijing now is a collection enterprise of R&D and manufacture. At present, Lucky products are involved in film materials & coating materials, printed materials, image recording materials, fine chemicals and more than 100 varieties in the 4 series.
