Zhejiang Hisoar Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd is principally engaged in the production and sale of drug substance and drug intermediates. The Company offers antibiotics, antivirus drugs, fine chemical products, cardiovascular drugs, anthelmintic drugs and glycemia reducing drugs, among others. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three major subsidiaries and one associate, mainly involved in the production and distribution of cyclopropylamine, cyclopropyl acetylene, ethylpiperazine, clindamycin phosphate and clindamycin hydrochloride, as well as the development and transfer of medical chemical technologies, and import and export trading business.
