CleanTech Innovations Inc. (CleanTech), formerly Everton Capital Corporation, is a manufacturer of structural towers for megawatt-class wind turbines, as well as other engineered metal components used in the energy industry and other industries in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. It also manufactures specialty metal products that require advanced manufacturing and engineering capabilities, including bellows expansion joints and connecting bend pipes used for waste heat recycling in steel production and in ultra-high-voltage electricity transmission grids, as well as industrial pressure vessels. The Company operates through two wholly owned subsidiaries: Creative Bellows and Liaoning Creative Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (Creative Wind Power). As of December 31, 2010, it shipped 178 wind towers. Its products provide solutions for clean energy. On July 2, 2010, CleanTech acquired all of the ordinary shares of Liaoning Creative Bellows Co., Ltd. (Creative Bellows).
