Topsun Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in pharmaceutical distribution and advertising agency services. The Company deals with over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, prescribed pharmaceuticals, drug materials and veterinary medicines, which include products such as Dioscornin Tablets, Benproperine Phosphate Dilayer Sustained Release Tablets, Aceclofena Capsules, Norfloxaxin Capsules and Cefadroxil Dispersible Tablets, among others. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had six subsidiaries/affiliates, which were involved in the manufacture and distribution of pharmaceuticals. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets.
