During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company obtained all of its revenue from its tap water supplying business.In 2009, the Company made equity investment on a Dongguan-based securities company. The Company operates its business mainly in southern China. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had two major subsidiaries, engaged in water testing business and tap water supplying business.
