Nanjing Tanker Corporation is principally engaged in the provision of marine freight services. The Company deals primarily with transportation of crude oil and oil products. The Company also involves in transportation businesses of special products such as chemical products, asphalt and liquefied petroleum gas, among other. The Company deals with crude oil, petroleum, diesel oil, naphtha, aviation kerosene, butadiene, butane, propane, propylene, vinyl chloride, liquid nitrogen and isobutene, among others. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had seven subsidiaries/affiliates, which involved in the transportation of oil products, chemicals and petrochemical products, as well as the provision of marine transportation technology services.
