Ningbo Marine Company Limited is principally engaged in marine transportation and road operation. The Company operates electrical coal transportation business from northern coal ports to power station in Zhejiang province and coastal areas south of Zhejiang province, China, as well as some international lines. The Company also operates the western section of Ningbo city ring expressway, with provision of automobile guidance services, toll collection and management, as well as electronic toll collection (ETC) systems, among others. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 20 cargo ships with a load capacity of approximately 814,000 metric tons.
