The Company operates its products mainly in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province and Xinxiang, Henan Province, China. Through its subsidiaries and associates, the Company is also involved in the construction of hydraulic engineering projects, the provision of computer technical services, the provision of real estate consulting, appraisal and brokerage services, as well as the production of plastic products. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had four major subsidiaries and two major associates.
