GUANG DONG WEDGE CO.,LTD. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of electric power and steam. The Company is also involved in the development and distribution of real estate. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company generated approximately 166.86 million kilowatt hours of electricity, distributed approximately 143.97 million kilowatt hours of electricity, provided approximately 49,700 tons of heat and distributed approximately 34,900 metric tons of steam. The Company operates its business in Beijing and Shantou, Guangdong Province, China. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had four subsidiaries.
