ChengDu Hi-Tech Development Co. Ltd. is principally engaged in real estate business, industrial business and investment services business. Through its real estate business segment, the Company mainly develops four residential projects. Through its industrial business segment, the Company is engaged in the production and sale of pharmaceuticals, as well as the manufacture and sale of cabinets. It also provides futures brokerage services through its investment service business segment. The Company is also involved in the leasing of industrial plants. The Company operates its business mainly in domestic markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had five major subsidiaries and associates.
