Guangzhou Donghua Enterprise Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in property development and distribution. The Company鈥檚 major projects include SWAN BAY and HONGWAN INTERNATIONAL CENTER in Beijing; Jiangmen-based SWAN BAY and another residential community; projects in Sanmenxia, Henan province, as well as a residential community and a commercial building located in Guangzhou, among others. The Company also involves in housing leasing, construction and installation services. It operates its businesses primarily in North and South China. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had 15 subsidiaries, which involved in foreign investment, property development and management, international trading and construction of housings.
