The Company鈥檚 main products consist of independent villas, villas with elevators, townhouses, superimposed villas and high-rise houses, which are constructed in Dongguan city in Guangdong province. The Company is also engaged in the leasing of real estates, water and electric power supply, as well as the mining and distribution of coals. The Company operates its business mainly in southern, southwest and central China. In September 2010, the Company purchased 70% of the ownership interest of Coal Ditch coal mine in Weining county in Guizhou province.
