The company operates its businesses through property development and commodity housings distribution, property investment and hotel operation, as well as commercial property business. The Company also involves in decoration engineering of buildings, as well as operation of department stores and restaurants. It operates its businesses primarily in Beijing and Changsha, Hunan province, China. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four subsidiaries, which involved in property development and distribution.
