The Pacific Securities Co., Ltd is a company principally engaged in securities business. The Company operates its businesses through securities broking, including agency trading of stocks, funds, warrants and bonds; investment banking, including securities underwriting, co-lead underwriting and sub-underwriting of securities, such as new stock issuance, secondary public offering, rationed shares, convertible bonds, funds and bond issuance, among others, as well as securities investment business. The Company operates its businesses principally in domestic market. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 29 operation offices in China.
