Minsheng Investment Management Co., Ltd is principally engaged in commodity retailing business. The Company also involves in short term financing business through purchasing bank financing products, funds and stocks, as well as external investment business through entrusted loan and purchasing trust products. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had two affiliates, which involved in wholesaling and retailing of commodities, leasing of business places, as well as provision of restaurant services, among others.
