Zhongxing Shenyang Commercial Building Group Company Limited is a China-based company principally engaged in general merchandise retailing business. The Company operates regular chain department stores, which deal with cosmetics, jewelry, leather products, clocks and watches, glasses, food, footwear and hats, household electrical appliances, communications products, women鈥檚 and men鈥檚 apparels, sports products, household textile products and children鈥檚 products, among others. The Company also involves in automobile maintenance, storage and transportation, import and export trading, car parking services, as well as leasing of commercial office buildings. It operates its businesses primarily in Northeastern China. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had two subsidiaries, which involved in general merchandise distribution and advertisement design.
