E-FOOD GROUP CO.,LTD, formerly Baoji Department Store (Group) Co., Ltd, is principally engaged in air catering business. The Company is also involved in road and bridge roll collection, hotel and restaurant services, as well as real estate distribution business. The Company mainly operates its business within domestic markets, including Beijing, Wuhan, Haikou, Sanya, Yichang, Baoji and Lanzhou, among others. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had three major subsidiaries and associates, engaged in the production and dispatching of in-flight meals.
