Beijing Urban-Rural Trade Centre Co. Ltd. is a China-based company primarily engaged in commodities retailing, property leasing and hotel operation. The Company operates regular chain warehouse supermarkets in Beijing, which deal with general merchandise, household electric appliances and food, among others. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had nine major subsidiaries and associates, which involved in general merchandise retailing, property development, corporate management services, design of advertisements and accommodation services. On December 31, 2010, the Company completed its purchase of 100% of the ownership interest of Beijing Guosheng Xingye Investment Co., Ltd.
