The Company primarily distributes nitrogenous fertilizer, potash fertilizer and compound fertilizer, among others. The Company mainly operates its business through distribution center based regular chain operation and distribution center based franchise chain operation. As of September 30, 2010, the Company had 56 distribution centers, located in Anhui province, Jiangsu province, Henan province, Heilongjiang province, Jilin province, Hunan province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Shanghai and Shandong province.
