Sanjiang Shopping Club Co.,Ltd is principally engaged in the chain operation of community supermarkets. The Company mainly offers fresh foods, foods and daily necessities for the daily life needs of community residents. As of September 30, 2010, the Company had 142 sites, located in several cities of Zhejing province, China, including Ningbo, Hangzhou, Jinhua, Taizhou, Lishui, Huzhou, Jiaxing and Shaoxing, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company obtained approximately 54%, 21% and 18% of its total revenue from the sale of foods, daily necessities and fresh foods, respectively.
