Jinguyuan Holdings Co Ltd, formerly Yuyuan Holding Co.,Ltd, is a China-based company primarily engaged in production and sale of ceramic products and wood products. The Company also involves in domestic and international trading, as well as asset management. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had four major subsidiaries and two associates, which involved in manufacture and sale of ceramic products, high and medium density boards and tea leaves, as well as bridge construction and asset management. The Company's major business changed to exploration, mining, selection and smelting of gold and other mineral resources, as well as distribution of mineral products from August 28, 2010.
