Jiangsu Holly Corporation is principally engaged in commodities and technology import and export trading. The Company deals with products such as apparels, ships, toys, shoes, socks and fishing accessories, among others. The Company also involves in domestic commerce, property management, industrial investment and contract engineering construction business. It operates its businesses primarily in Europe, the United States, Japan and other Asian markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 32 subsidiaries and two affiliates, which involved in the manufacture of art crafts, toys, gifts and apparels, decoration engineering, commodity distribution and property development.
