Xiamen ITG Group Corp., Ltd is principally engaged in trading, property and port logistics business. The Company operates its businesses through trading, which deals with commodities such as iron ores, steel materials, coal, plastic products, feedstuffs and paper products; property business, which involves in development and distribution of residential communities in Xiamen, Fujian province and Hefei, Anhui province, as well as port logistics business. The Company also involves in retailing of commodities such as automobile, and operation of regular chain restaurants. It operates its businesses in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four subsidiaries, which involved in trading and property development.
