Shanghai Material Trading Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in trading of metal, oil products and automobiles. The Company operates its businesses in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had 10 subsidiaries/affiliates, which involved in trading of metal materials and products, chemical products, automobiles and electromechanical products, manufacture of wood products, steam generation and supply, as well as import and export of commodities and technology.
