Guilin Tourism Corporation Limited is a China-based provider of travel services. The Company operates its businesses through excursion vessel passenger transportation services, which are primarily provided to travelers in Lijiang River scenic spot, Guilin; scenic spot operation, which includes six scenic spots in Guangxi province, as well as road travel passenger transportation and taxi services. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had approximately 82 vessels, 290 taxis and 193 large and medium-sized buses and coaches.
