Huangshan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the provision of tourism and hotel services in Huangshan scenic zone, Anhui province, China. The Company operates its businesses primarily through landscape development, cableway passenger transportation, tourism services and hotel services. The Company also involves in the development and distribution of residential projects, hotels and commercial property projects. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three subsidiaries and two affiliates, which involved in the operation of passenger cableways, scenic zone development, securities broking and provision of tourism services.
