PetroChina Company Limited (PetroChina) is an oil and gas producer and seller in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The Company operates in four segments: Exploration and Production, Refining and Chemicals, Marketing, and Natural Gas and Pipeline. The Company is engaged in a range of petroleum and natural gas related activities, including the exploration, development, production and sale of crude oil and natural gas; the refining of crude oil and petroleum products, as well as the production and marketing of basic petrochemical products, derivative chemical products and other chemical products; the marketing and trading of refined oil products, and the transmission of natural gas, crude oil and refined oil products, as well as the sale of natural gas. On August 23, 2010, Arrow Energy Holdings Pty Ltd acquired 100% equity interest in Arrow Energy Limited.

Andatee China Marine Fuel Services Corporation (Andatee) along with its subsidiaries is engaged in the production, storage, distribution and wholesale purchases and sales of blended marine fuel oil for cargo and fishing vessels with operations mainly in Liaoning, Shandong and Zhejiang Provinces in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The Company sells approximately 57% of its products through distributors and approximately 43% to retail customers. Andatee’s core facilities include storage tanks, berths (the space allotted to a vessel at the wharf), marine fuel pumps, blending facilities and tankers. Its sales network covers depots along the towns of Dandong, Shidao and Shipu along the east coast of China.
