Time Publishing and Media CO., LTD. is principally engaged in publishing, printing, as well as research and development of related technology. The Company operates its businesses through publishing of teaching materials and teaching assistant products, ordinary books, periodicals, electronic video and audio products, paper distribution, printing and packaging, distribution of disks and printing equipment, as well as manufacture of electronic and radiation chemical products. The Company operates its businesses primarily in domestic market, with Anhui province as its major market. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 17 subsidiaries, which involved in book publishing, property development and distribution, as well as design and manufacture of office automation (OA) systems, among others.
