Sichuan Shuangma Cement Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in the production and distribution of cement. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company produced approximately 1.88 million metric tons of cement and sold out 1.92 million metric tons. The Company distributes its products primarily in Chengdu, northern Sichuan and southern Sichuan, China. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had three major subsidiaries, engaged in the wholesaling and retailing of construction materials, the leasing and storage of mechanical and electrical equipment, the generation and distribution of electricity, as well as the production and sale of cement.
