Wuhu Conch Profiles and Science Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of plastic products. The Company primarily provides plastic profiles, boards, doors and windows, molds, plastic additives, white/colored/grain extruded profiled materials, plastic bars, window roller shutters, window blinds and other ornament profiled materials. The Company distributes its products within China's domestic markets, with eastern China and north China as its major markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had 10 major subsidiaries.
