C&S Paper Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the production and distribution of household paper products. The Company primarily provides roll tissue paper, handkerchief paper, pumping tissue paper and box tissue paper, among others. The Company distributes its household paper products under the brand names of CNSN and SUN. The Company distributes its products within domestic markets, and to overseas markets, including Hong Kong, Macau, Australia, Japan, Middle East and Southeast Asia, among others, with South China as its major market. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company obtained approximately 61%, 22% and 10% of its total revenue from the sale of roll tissue paper, pumping tissue paper and handkerchief paper, respectively.
