Minfeng Special Paper Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of industrial specialty paper. The Company鈥檚 main products consist of cigarette paper series, coated paper, industrial paper, tracing paper series and capacitor paper series, among others. Its products are used in the manufacture of cigarettes, capacitors, commodity packaging materials, brands, textile products and notebooks, among others. The Company distributes its products in both domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had two major subsidiaries and five affiliates, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of special paper, tipping paper and plastic products, as well as industrial investment and real estate development.
