ANHUI SHANYING PAPER INDUSTRY CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of paper products. The Company鈥檚 main products consist of a variety of packaging paper boards, newsprint paper, corrugated paper boxes and other paper products, such as cultural paper, which are marketed under Shanying brand. The Company produces its paper products mainly using waste paper. The Company is also involved in the development and sales of real estates. The Company鈥檚 products are distributed in domestic market in China, mainly to eastern China. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had nine subsidiaries and affiliates, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of paper products and port business.
