Xinjiang International Industry Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in coal coking and real estate business. The Company operates its businesses through coal coking, which includes raw coal mining and manufacture of coke, as well as real estate business, which include development and distribution of residential and commercial projects. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company obtained approximately 84.9% of its total revenue from coke products. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had three subsidiaries and one affiliate, which involved in coal production, property development, investment of mining projects and distribution of oil products.
