SHAN XI GUO YANG NEW ENERGY CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the production, washing, dressing, procession and sale of coals, as well as the generation and sale of electricity and heat. The Company offers washed lump coals, washed fine coals, slack coals and slime. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced approximately 26.21 million metric tons of raw coal and sold 45.38 million metric tons of coal, including 5.2 million metric tons of washed lump coal, 5.33 million metric tons of powder spraying coal, 33.25 million metric tons of slack coal and 1.6 million metric tons of slime. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets.
