Anhui Hengyuan Coal Industry and Electricity Power Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the mining, processing and distribution of coal, as well as the generation of electricity. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced approximately 12.26 million metric tons of raw coal and sold 10.42 million metric tons of coal products. Through its subsidiary, the Company also involves in the electric power generation and integrated utilization of coal cinders.
