DaTong Coal Industry Co., Ltd is principally engaged in coal mining, washing, processing and distribution. The Company's major products are coal and kaolium products. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company sold out approximately 22.52 million tons of coal, coal accounted for approximately 99.69% of the Company鈥檚 total revenue. It distributes its products primairlly in domestic market. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had six subsidiaries and one affiliate, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of coal and construction materials, technology development, mining investment and operation of railways.
