ChongQing FuLing Electric Power Industrial Co., Ltd. is principally engaged electric power supply and distribution. The Company operates hydropower plants and thermal power plants. The Company also involves in distribution of electrical appliances. It operates its businesses primarily in Fuling district, Chongqing, China. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company generated approximately 1.569 billion kilowatt-hours of electric power. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had three subsidiaries, which involved in hydropower and thermal power generation, manufacture and distribution of electric power automation devices, as well as integrated utilization of power source.
