SDIC Huajing Power Holdings CO., LTD is principally engaged in the investment, construction, operation and management of electric power plants. The Company operates hydropower plants, thermal power plants and wind power plants. The Company also involves in the provision of supervisory and consulting services. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company generated approximately 81.01 billion kilowatt hours of electric power. It operates its businesses primarily in domestic market. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had two subsidiaries/affiliates, which involved in electric power investment, generation and distribution.
