Guangxi Guiguan Electric Power Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the generation and distribution of electricity. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company supplied approximately 19.08 billion kilowatt-hours of on-grid electricity, including approximately 14.78 billion kilowatt-hours of hydropower and 4.13 billion kilowatt-hours of thermal power. The Company operates its hydroelectricity and thermoelectricity businesses in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, hydroelectricity business in Sichuan Province, as well as wind-powered electricity business in Shandong Province, China. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had nine subsidiaries and three affiliates, which involved in electric power generation and distribution, the smelting of aluminum products, as well as the provision of financial services.
