Nanjing Port Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the provision of port-related handling and storage services for crude oil, finished oil and liquid chemical products. The chemical products that are handled and stored by the Company include crude oil, finished oil, ethylene alcohols, cyclohexanol, cyclohexane, cyclohexanone, paraxylene, styrene, naphthaline, sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, liquid alkali, asphaltum and syrup, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company handled approximately 9.56 million metric tons of cargos, including approximately 4.1 million metric tons of crude oil and 2.12 million metric tons of finished oil products.
