Rizhao Port Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the port loading and unloading, cargo warehousing for bulk cargoes such as coal, ores and cement, as well as port management business. The Company involves in loading and unloading services, stockpiling services, port management and other businesses. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company achieved a throughput of 187.92 million metric tons of cargoes, including 29.74 million metric tons of coal, 7.36 million tons of iron and steel products, 10.12 million metric tons of non-metal ores. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four subsidiaries, which involved in port loading and unloading, machinery manufacture, communication engineering and power engineering.
