Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in loading and unloading of containers, as well as the provision of container-related services. The Company鈥檚 main businesses include container terminals, non-container terminals, port-related logistics and port services, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company handled approximately 428 million metric tons of cargos, including 154 million metric tons of non-container cargos; as well as 29.07 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) of containers. The Company operates its businesses mainly in domestic markets.
