Tangshan Port Group Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in port cargo loading and unloading, transportation, stacking and warehousing and other logistics services. The Company operates its businesses primarily through loading and unloading, piling and storage, port business management, commodity distribution, shipping and other businesses. It deals with iron and steel products, iron ores, coal, raw salt, cement, cereals, alkali products, stone materials and machineries, among others. Through its subsidiary, the Company also involves in property management, housing information agency services, as well as the design and construction of landscape engineering. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company finished approximately a throughput amount of approximately 74.75 million tons of cargo.
